North American Mission Board

Through gifts to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering, more than 5,300 North American Mission Board missionaries in the United States, Canada, and U.S. are enabled to share the good news of Jesus Christ.   Every dollar given to the Annie Armstrong Easter offering goes to the direct support of North American missionaries and their ministries.

International Mission Board

Through gifts to the Lottie Moon Christmas offering, more than 5,600 Southern Baptist missionaries are serving worldwide through the International Mission Board.   Last year, those missionaries reported almost 27,000 new churches and 566,000 baptisms.

Woman’s Missionary Union

Woman’s Missionary Union^® is an organization which strives to challenge Christian believers to understand and be radically involved in the mission of God.   Through the WMU, women pray for and give to missions, do missions, learn about missions, grow spiritually toward a missions lifestyle, and participate in the work of the church and the denomination.  

Alabama State Board of Missions

The Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions ministers in partnership with churches, associations, state convention entities and the larger Southern Baptist family by fulfilling the Great Commission through reaching and growing faithful disciples of Christ, developing Christian leaders, and mobilizing Alabama Baptists for local and global missions.   The Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions sees all Alabama Baptists obeying the Great Commandment by fulfilling the Great Commission.

Alabama Woman’s Missionary Union

The Kathleen Mallory Mission Offering (KMMO) funds the work and ministries of Alabama Woman's Missionary Union. The Alabama WMU Day of Prayer is held each September in conjunction with the Kathleen Mallory Mission Offering. On the day of prayer, WMU age-level groups across the state gather to focus on praying for Alabama WMU and its members, and to thank God for the many ways in which He is using the ministry and its membership to bring people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
